Purpose

General Policy
Gifts, Hospitality, and Payments (Given by the Company)
Gifts, hospitality, or payments made by the company are allowed only under the following conditions:

Modest tokens like pens, calendars, or lunch/dinner with vendors are acceptable as part of normal business etiquette.

Employees must avoid any situation where their personal interest might conflict with the company’s interest.
